Other than SeeFusion and FusionReactor does anyone know of any other apps/tools for monitoring coldfusion servers?

Compuware's Vantage can watch the JVM stack

JVMStat from Sun also works - very basic though.

The 2 you mentioned are the real options. They actually let you see what is going on inside the server and with your apps. If you are having performance issues they are invaluable.
