CF2016 update 7 installed/not installed?

I updated our dev server (CF installed in development profile) to update7 using the CFIDE.  no issues.

Tried to update our staging server (CF installed in secure+production profile).   I see the System Info Update Level corrected, but the top navbar still shows the update is pending install?

JVM has been updated since original CF2016 release.

so did update7 actually successfully install?

I'm not sure why the navbar is doing what it's doing, but the system info update level is the number that counts.
