If we already have the zip install, and from CFPM we run "install all", is that the same as if we downloaded the full installer?

Hello Steve,
If on Windows you will be missing the Microsoft VC++ 2012 Runtime. That is used for connecting webserver with CF WSCONFIG. If you need that it can be got separately from Microsoft.

PS I forgot you might also be missing some sample Derby databases and related datasources and ODBC. Only you can answer if you need those.
