CF8 displaying Blank Page intermittent problem

Hi

We upgraded to Coldfusion 8 a few months ago. We are running multiple
instances of coldfusion on each server. We have been experiencing.
When hitting a page you get one white screen, refresh, and it is fine
for the rest of the visit. Sometimes the blank page will continue to
appear and coldfusion has to be restarted to fix the problem.

I can see the following errors in the wsconfig log files:

This does not happen every day but occurs once every 3 days on
different servers. We are using IIS 6 as the webserver.

Are you using proxy servers and/or load balancers? Proxy servers usually drop sessions after a certain period of response time and if you are using load balancers the sessions need to be "sticky". If you are using load balancers you should also bypass the proxy servers.
