CF8 - move from Windows to Linux - License?

Hi all,

I'm still trying to get this answered by Adobe customer support, so I figured maybe somebody already knows the answer...

I want to switch a server running CF 8 Standard from Windows 2000 to Linux. Before I begin, I want to find out the CF 8 license implications. Are keys cross platform? Will I need to request a new key?

I went ahead and just did the re-install, and the serial number originally used for the Windows version worked fine for the Linux version.
