CFC and Shared Hosting Security

I just got a plan with CrystalTech. This is my first CF website.

I noticed some discussion on placing CFCs outside the webroot for security. However since I'm using a shared plan, this is not possible.

I use CFC for the site and Flash Remoting. What could I do in order to make my CFCs as secure as possible for a shared host?

Change the permissions to execute only by anyone other than you.
