My code sample is in this post, what is happening is the file when served up for download is getting a wrong file name, the code sample shows what I expect, but this is what is presented:

filename=Jurisdictionary.1.2D0D17.efw

WHy is this occuring, no where I mean no where I have looked over the past 3 days can I find any answer to this problem-

Try replacing your (mime) type attribute with "application/octet-stream".
