Cfdocument and right aligned text

I using CFDOCUMENT to render a complex document as a PDF. Unfortunately the report uses many combinations of font sizes, weights and styles and but I just noticed that right aligned text doesn't line up evenly when it is bolded. Un bolded text is fine. I tried a few different fonts and they all render with similar issues.
I also noticed that if you print an entire line of bold text it can sometimes print outside the defined margins on the page as well.
Has anyone else noticed this or am I just doing something silly ?
(I applied the CF 8 cumulative hot fix but it didn't help at all)

Hi,

Try adjusting your margin attributes (i.e., marginTop etc.,) and have a try again.

No, I tried a few variations of margins and no difference.
I have since noticed that I was wrong about the un bolded text right aligning. I have performed a few experiments and have discovered that right aligning just doesn't work no matter what font or font presentation.
I also tried in flash paper format too but it's exactly the same.
I don't have time to get this right before I go live so I will publish my report as is and go back and sort it out later.

Right alignment / justifying text is a well-known, unsolved problem in cfdocument.
