CFFILE - Uploading file -Show file

I have an application that uploads files and it works great.

But when the user selects a file to upload the user cant tell that they have selected a file to upload.

See here. The user has selected a file but there is no indication of this.

See how in this example I can see the selected file to upload...upload.png

How do I show the selected file?
