CFGRID and showing footer

Hi everybody!
I used CFGRID, but in default, footer (first record, previous record, next record, last record, page number...) is shown at the bottom of grid. Some body help me show this FOOTER at the top of grid as in this forum page?

shows how to add a header but I would like to remove the footer since things start to act a little funky when 0 records are shown.
