cfprint prints fuzzy text

New Here ,
Apr 24, 2009 Apr 24, 2009

I am using coldfusion 8 developer edition and working locally. I am using the cfreport tag to create pdf files from reports built with the cf8 ReportBuilder. When I print the pdf files using cfprint, the text on the first page is fuzzy. The text on the remaining pages is clear.

If I print the exact same report again, the text on the first page isn't fuzzy anymore. If I print to a different printer it is fine. After restarting the server, the first page of the first print is fuzzy again.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Thanks

At this point, I'm sorry to say our best solution is to print a test page whenever the server restarts.

Thanks for the respond.

Somebody suggested me the embeded font or chaneg the "PDF" to "FLASHPAPER" in:

<cfreport format="flashpaper" template="REPORT NAME">

I have not tried it yet but I thought it may help.

Thanks again,

Mandana
