i made up a .cfm web page by dreamweaver and tested it on localhost,but each time i browse it , parts which are written in Farsi or Persian get spoiled and are not viewed properly.please guide me to fix this problem.thanks in advance.
Your problem seems to be with the character encoding you are using for your text. A quick google search for ColdFusion character encoding should turn up the answer. In case you are interested in learning more:
