coldfusion beginning tutorials

i was wondering if there are any beginning colfusion tutorials out there for someone who knows nothing.
i cant find any good ones on the net. any help greatly appreciated. derek.
all i know so far is that coldfusion is a server and a scripting language.

I also REALLY need help learning ColdFusion! I know C, Matlab, Spice, and VBA, but know nothing about cold fusion. The company I am working for wants me to update their mainframe database intranet program that uses cold fusion.

Does anyone know of any good tutorials?!
