ColdFusion cflocation non latin URLs

Hi,

i want to create a redirect to non latin URLs like

<cflocation url="https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Заглавная_страница" statuscode="302" addtoken="no"  />

But in this case i will be redirected to

https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20_

So the result is that i got the wrong URL.

What can i do? suggestions?
