ColdFusion PMT Performance Monitoring Tool failed to install

I have just tried to install ColdFusion PMT & Datastore 2023 on a new VM (Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard, 64 bit).   Left all the values as default.

But nothing has happened and there are no links to PMT.

The VM is on a secure site, which means the other technical teams tend to lock things down (like ports).  Only IE is installed on the server.

Before I uninstall and try install again, are there any ideas on what I should do?

(or should I just re-install and see if I missed something?)

There were some errors while installing Adobe ColdFusion 2023 Performance Monitoring

Errors from exception log :

com.adobe.pms.es.client.ElasticSearchClient - Datastore Service not available. Retrying to connect...

I can see PMT in Control Panel > Programs

I can see PMT and PMT Datastore Service in Services (& datastore is running).

Note : an Edge install page may've poped up, but I would have shut it down as the VM should be connected to the interest, and so cannot download Edge.

I would suggest that you completely delete, then re-install, the Performance Monitoring Toolset. But before you do, note down all the services and ports involved. Pass the information over to your colleagues in other teams. That would enable them to grant access.
