Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to remove typed text added to the scanned PDFs using coldfusion. The goal is to upload one copy of the PDF and display the typed markups to certain users while displaying the original scanned files to others.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Lesi

I cannot think of a way to use ColdFusion to remove "typed text" in a PDF. Nevertheless, you could remove a watermark, a header or a footer using cfpdf.

It seems like the tool you need is Acrobat. You will see this, if you follow the link Remove text from a PDF in top right of this page.
