Converting Tiff to JPG or PNG

Running into a cfimage problem trying to convert a tiff image to a PNG or JPG. PNG conversion results in a 0 byte file.  JPG conversion produces am image, but it is a negative of the original.

What is your ColdFusion version and update level?

Might it be that there is a problem with the image? What happens when you test with image I have attached?

Can you check to see if the TIFF images are CMYK format?   According to Adobe's documentation, CFIMAGE cannot convert TIFF images.  Maybe attach a sample image for us to analyze?
