Good day!
Our organization has acquired a license for Adobe ColdFusion 2016 with vendor support. I had a need for consultation, but I can’t find places on the Adobe website where it would be possible to create tickets / service requests.
I am an expert on Oracle products and am used to simple and clear means of communication, but in the case of Adobe, everything is far from simple.
Can someone explain to me how the application is made here?

Go to the ColdFusion Support Center. In the right-most panel, you will find the section, "REQUEST SUPPORT".
