I can not access SBA Profile DSBS FOR spreadsheets

I will appreciate it if I Can get someone to walk me through my issue. It has been persisting since 3 days till now.

Could you please let us know:

• your ColdFusion version and update number;
• the database brand for the datasource configured in ColdFusion;
• how the "SBA Profile SBSS" relates to your ColdFusion application. For example, I can imagine you using a web service built with ColdFusion to search the SBSS database. But then, you wouldn't need to use a datasource or a spreadsheet in ColdFusion.

Pamela, can you clarify for us what the issue is?

First, are you a ColdFusion developer trying to access that SBA DSBS web service? It's not clear from your question, and espcially since this is your first question. It could be that instead you are someone wanting to use that DSBS site and noticed it ran with ColdFusion. That site was developed by people working with the SBA. No one here could help with problems happening on that site.

Second, if you ARE a CF developer and you are trying to access that DSBS web service, how are you doing it? cfobject? cfinvoke? cfhttp? something else? And again, what specific error are you getting?
