Date Sort not working in ColdFusion 10

Hi,

We have a cfgrid populated from a database with date columns.

When the user sorts the date columns the columns are getting sorted in string format instead of date format

even though we are setting the mask="M/d/y" and type =date the column is still getting sorted in string format

If this is not working as documented then I would suggest you report it as a bug.
