dateformat not working after server upgrade

They dropped a servder upgrade on me and now (after a little more than 10 years) this code doesn't work.  Any ideas what I can change it to?

#dateformat(News_Date, 'dddd mmmm dd, yyyy')#

It sounds like the issue was, in fact, the dates being fed to the dateFormat() function, correct?  Due to whatever server issue was going on?  Had you checked that sooner, it may have pointed to the server issue quicker.

Deny, deny, deny. That was their process. I got no response from them.
After a week of waiting I moved the domain to a different group. HOWEVER,
a couple of days later they did fix their server. Likely from the info
that was I forwarded to them.

I have yet to receive a response. I have more sites that will need to be
moved.
