eclipse plug-in perspective missing, Windows OS

I know this has been asked before, I have tried unsuccessfully to install either Beta 2 or Beta 3 (Beta 1 installed fine first time). I followed the instructions and the install said it succeeded.

My thought is that some file is not getting updated for it to recognize the plug-in. I don't have an extensive knowledge of eclipse to know where to look to solve the issue. Does anybody know which files typically impact this?

has Aptana, latest installed

Windows Vista (UAC disabled)

Hi Kevin,

CFBuilder is not compatible with Aptana.

If you have installed aptana plugin to eclipse CFBuilder perspective may not come up.
