To use the DESX algorithm, you need to install the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files available at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html

If it is not specified, the keysize is limited due to US export laws.
