Evaluate excel "forecast" formula with CF9 ?

I want use CF9 spreadsheet functions to evaluate formula in excel file.
Are CF9 spreadsheet functionnalities based on apache POI ?

Does anybody know if the excel function "FORECAST" can be evaluate with CF9 ?
Did someone already do that ?
