File not found: /

I am working on Cluster environment for Coldfusion 7 with Multi-instances setups. I am not using CF cluster and simply using CISCO’s CSS device.

On each instance of the CF I get “File not found: /Myproject/index.cfm” error. When I refresh the browser it works fine. But it behaves every time. Can you please let me know how to resolve this problem please?

On CF Administrator I have set 0 templates cached, trusted cache, save class files and Cache web server paths are unchecked.

Try requesting a page with the built-in web server as a test ( http://livedocs.adobe.com/coldfusion/7/htmldocs/00000016.htm)
Also, (while connected to your web server) try enabling *verbose connector logging and reviewing the logs ( http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_19364 and http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_17990)

*Verbose connector logging is not intended to be used for any extended length of time in a production environment

I did not find help because i am facing problem. When i refresh the page the entire page comes up.
Can someone help me why it is happening that sometimes i have to refresh the page. I checked with multiple browsers and multiple systems.
