How to call new URL based on CFSELECT onChange

Guest

Hi All,
I'm trying to create a CFSELECT object that will call a URL with different URL arguements depending on the users selection. I've done this in the past with JS, but I'm looking for something a little cleaner in CF8. Any examples? I haven't used AJAX... Any thoughts?
thanks,
/russ

can't do it any 'cleaner' than with js.
no matter what, you will have to use either window.location or
form.submit or one of the new cf8 'ajax' js functions if you want to
relocate in response to the onchange event of your cfselect...

ajax is just a new fancy name for same old js.

RealCasinoGuide,
I can see that the trouble you had with the bump on the head is playing up again. You can't keep on trying to sell refrigerators to Inuits.
