What is the best method for displaying 360-degree images on a ColdFusion website?

I'm developing 360 images with hot spots where the user can click on part of the image and have data popup in a new window displaying properties / drawing links.

Can CF handle this directly or do I need a Java / Jquery or another third-party app to complete this project?

ColdFusion has no specialist image tools, such as those for handling or displaying 360-degree images. Your best bet is indeed to use a third-party tool. You may import the tool into ColdFusion, of course.
