How to use CF Builder? I'm coming from Visual Studio

I have a CF project that I need to work on. I'm super new to CF. I have CF Builder 2016. If someone is familiar with CD Builder 2016, can you please guide me the steps on how to debug CD project on CF Builder 2016?
