Hi.
I have a problem after the update ColdFusion 9.0.1. Acted in accordance with the instructions here: http://www.adobe.com/support/documentation/en/coldfusion/901/cf901install.pdf
ColdFusion appeared after updating I get an error in the Web Server Configuration Tool
How do I fix this ...?

ColdFusion 9.0.1 no longer need the "IIS 6 Compatiblity" features turned on. The instructions seem to be telling you to go to IIS turn off the "IIS 6 Compatibility" features and then re run the web server configuration tool to reconnect ColdFusion server(s) to the IIS website(s).
What part of those steps do you need help understanding?

Well, you can simply do what the message tells you to do - uninstall all connectors, disable IIS 6 compatibility, then reinstall the connectors. 9.0.1 no longer requires IIS 6 compatibility. CF 9 and earlier did require this compatibliity.
Alternatively, you could just click "yes" and ignore this message, and CF 9.0.1 will still work even with IIS 6 compatibility enabled.

I am experiencing the same issue.
I'm running Windows 2008 R2 SE x64
I installed ColdFusion 9.
ColdFusion installed successfully and I was able to get to the ColdFusion Administrator.
I then followed the documentation installing the 9.01 update.
I removed the IIS 6 Management compatibility feature. After that I unconfigured the connector for the site and then reconfigured the connector.
All I get now is
Either the Macromedia application server(s) are unreachable or none of them has a mapping to process this request.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
