Hi iccsi,

From Adobe program group open "Web Server Configuration Tool",
or Run CF\runtime\bin\wsconfig.exe

Any configured web servers when the dialog comes up?

HTH, Carl.

Hi iccsi,

Yes as you say remove manually added IIS CFM mapping.

I expect it WSCONFIG should look like this:

Capture1.JPG

You may need to join CF to IIS as per example:

Thanks for the message,

I do not see localhost from WSCONFIG.

IIS web site dropdown does not enable when I click on Add button.

Thanks again,

Is Win7 64 bit? Was 64 bit or 32 bit copy of CF9 installed?

Can you tick - configure web server box?

Once ticked does OK button enable?

Not sure why WSCONFIG is not responding as expected.

What else?

Try run the CF IIS configuration from DOS CMD prompt.

>CD ColdFusion9\bin\connectors

>IIS_connector.bat

Any errors prompts messages in the DOS window?

Perhaps you installed CF9 to use built in web server - open Adobe program group > properties of Administrator tries to HTTP to another port than 80 eg 8501. Run that URL? Tho even if installed built on web server should still be able to map IIS.

Perhaps apply update 1 ( http://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads_updates.html#cf9 ) then try WSCONFIG again and or connector_BAT from DOS.

Change ports - Thinking about forgoing problem it maybe easier to uninstall then install and select built-in web server rather than try change it ad-hoc on current install. If opting for this method I still think on Win7 update 1 should be applied post CF9.0.0 install.

I contact my ISP about this, they say that ISP block port 80. I think it is the issue that IIS does not recognize CF .

Can you please help how to open the port to let  CF  communicate IIs?
