InstallAnywhere CF10 - select a location to extract installer to

Guest

I have tried to install CF10 on 2 different Windows 7 64-bit machines and this has been an issue on both now.

On the first machine this happened right away, and it was NOT a disk space issue, and clearing temp files did not help.  I even ran it with full permissions.  I figured it was just the computer so I though I'd install it on a new build.

When I built my new computer last week I decided I'd try installing CF10 developer edition again.  I installed CF10 without an issue first time around, but for some odd reason, on the same day I installed it, the CFIDE folder went missing (I am not sure if I did something to remove it, but I don't recall deleting it).

So I figured I'd unistall and reinstall CF10 (no problem right?).  I uninstalled it just fine, but upon reinstalling it I got the same message "select a location to extract installer to".

Selecting a new location does nothing.  I've redownloaded the installer 5 times now, and have tried various things like clearing temp folders, and changing the location to another drive.

For now I'll just use railo for my development, but I'd like to explore CF10...I've never had this issue with pervious version of CF, and it would be nice if CF9 could still be available for download if we wanted to fall back to that if we have issues with the new version.

Thanks for any suggestions you might have to resolve this problem I've having.

Jon
