jrun makes cpu go to 100% and slows website down

There are many possible causes and the cause has to be tracked down and
eliminated to fix this.

Some possible causes:

1) Old versions of CF had built in memory leaks.

2) Improper application code causing memory leaks.

3) Poorly structured code utilizing excessive memory to store data.

4) etc.
