Licensing and ColdFusion Search in 2016 (3.1)

My Search menu has "Search", "File" and "Text".

Both Search and File bring up the same dialog, which has two tabs - File Search and Java Search.

I don't see anything related to searching specific CF tags, and I don't see anyway to search against a specific directory.

How exactly do I get to the ColdFusion Search dialog box in CF Builder 2016 (3.1)?

And how exactly do I license CF Builder 2016?

I bought a license, but when I put my key into the License ColdFusion Builder dialog and click OK the dialog simply disappears.

There's no indication that the product is licensed (or not).
