looking for a electric outage maping product

i am looking for a tool which can interface with coldfusion or oracle db for a utility company to show its outages/work area etc...any suggestions.

i'd normally suggest flexcfgoogle maps+geoserver (if they have their own

spatial data to serve on top of google's base maps) but seeing it's a utility

company maybe ESRI's arcGIS server + heaps of new hardware.
