Hello everyone -
I'm an owner of a small SaaS company (and I'm on the marketing/sales side and so not familiar at all with CF development), and we're in a bit of a pickle. Our developer installed CF10 on our server, which we later found out is a version that our hosting company does not support yet. So we have a fair amount of broken functionality, so much so that it seems like reinstalling CF8 (what we had before installing CF10) on our server is now the best solution. Except neither our developer or the hosting company really seem to know what's going on, and day after day passes.
So I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has done anything like this and if you have any advice or guidance. Or if you are for hire for a short-term project.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

It seems like your hosting company could get you a fresh install of ColdFusion on your server. Then it would just be a matter of copying your ColdFusion templates over to the updated server.
