We have a ColdFusion 10 x64 server running on Windows 2008 R2. Fairly regularly but at sporadic times the ODBC server stops responding to Access databases. MySQL and MSSQL still work and verify, but access times out. The only way to resolve is to restart IIS, ColdFusion, and the ODBC server. I've tried just resetting each individually, but the only fix is to restart all services. I installed the latest MDAC and I configured all the Access data sources to use the new driver under the 32bit version of ODBC. "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)". All of the updates are applied to ColdFusion 10 and Windows 2008.
Is there anything I can look at or something someone can recommend? Again, only the Access data sources time out. The MySQL and MSSQL data sources continue to verify. Thanks!
