Problem after install CF8 on Intel Mac

Explorer ,
Jul 24, 2009 Jul 24, 2009

After installing, everything seems to go ok, until I try to login to the Admin and get the message below

Any help appreciated. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times and tried to manually move the file  ASCIEBCD.t to my desktop, but it just makes a copy and keeps the original in the original directory.

Thanks.

In case anyone else has this issue, I solved it by deleting the entire folder slserver54 from

Coldfusion8/db

I compared the directory in a setup on my MacBookPro and it did not have that directory.
