Thank you for the update. How do I find out whether Port 1099 is available?

LL, You are great help. Clear and precise. I sincerely appreciated. Now I have found "mandred.kidem.org:61013" on TCP1099. Then I researched through wikipedia, I still don't know how to get rid of it, so that I can get my CF up and running. Maybe one last help?? Thank you so much.

Oh, one more piece of info. I am using windows 2000 and I have no idea what manfred.kidem.org is doing with my pc. Is there a program that I can lock up some of these ports??

I do have a router which allows me to do port forwarding. Is that enough?
You don't have to answer this one, because it is off topic.
Thanks,

You will need to identify what manfred.kidem.org is and either remove it, disable it or assign it to another port. This will not be accomplished via your router. The router is for directing incoming and outgoing traffic, not for assigning port bindings to your server. You can see this by shutting off your router and running netstat again.
