Schedule Task Email issue

I have scheduled tasks that trigger email every day at the same time. The task runs, but the user never receives the email, and the undelivered mail folder is also empty. The task page can be accessed without logging in.

When  I restart my ColdFusion services, the user receives the email.

Can you guide me to resolve this issue?
