Server Failure

I was upgrading a Cold Fusion shopping cart. I follow instructins which required to replace files in the coldfusion files class

I am gettign an errro:
Server Error

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Either the Macromedia application server is unreachable or it does not have a mapping to process this request.

I can not even connect to the Administrator console. Asny ideas?

Hi,
Make sure whether Coldfuson Service is running in your machine/server first. If it is not then restart it again..

Thanks for the advice. I restarted teh Coldfusion enginee but the problem persists.

I want to mention tht the Coldfusion service starts and verified that it does remains on.

But the server does not render pages nor it allows me to enter its administrator console.


Any new ideas?

I have read the link and will lilke to knwo what is it to back up from the COldfusion if I want to reinstall. IS there any files that I may copy that keeps all my coldfusion configuration settings?
