I login to CF admin on my Mac server and click "Server Monitor" under the "Server Monitoring" heading.
The screen says: "This feature is not available in this edition of the ColdFusion server."
I have Standard edition and have updated to 9.0.1
But Server Monitoring is clearly listed as a feature, even in the Standard edition.
Serve rmonitoring is an enterprise feature, it is not available in standard edition.
here is the feature comparison matrix

I cannot begin to express how upsetting that is. On the feature page (http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/features/index.html), Adobe should not list it as a feature without saying "Enterprise only"... that was one of the main reasons I upgraded to version 9. I know some will say I should have read the Edition matrix... Here's the rub... I did. But I misunderstood their phrase "Server Manager" under the "Server Management" heading (seems like the heading one would look under for a server monitor) as being the "Server Monitor"... I of course never looked under "Enterprise Infrastructure" since I knew I couldn't afford Enterprise.
Adobe, I blame you for promoting a major feature and obscurely hiding the fact that it is Enterprise only. You should make that loud and clear on the Features page.

you are not alone in that, it confuses many people. I often have to go and
search for the matrix to find out if a feature is available in std edition
or not, because as you say they do not mention it anywhere else.
