Server Performance Mysteries?

Hi,

We have a web server running CF 8 Ent with JRun. We have a serperate MS SQL server for data. Whenever we get more than about 200 visitors the system starts bogging down seriously. We've checked memory and threads, the database is running smooth and cahed settings throughout look OK. Logs and snapshots don't seem to point in any direction as to what the problem is. Can anyone point us somewhere that can help?

Have you tried using ColdFusion's Server Monitor to see what parts of your site are peforming slowly?
