Special characters in the <cfreport> tag

hello community!

 

I am creating a report with the <cfreport> tag, It sent a query by parameter. The problem occurs when any of the query data has some special character. For example: BİEM İLAÇ SAN. VE TİC. ACE. 

This is the result : B?EM ?LAÇ SAN. VE T?C. ACE.

 

 How can I make the result correct?
