Unable to download CF10 Update 2, Failed Checksum verification

I just installed CF10 on a new Windows Server 2008R2 machine. I installed the mandatory update and was able to download and install update 1 through the administrator, but I'm unable to get update 2 to even download. I get the following error:

Error occurred while installing the update:

Failed Checksum verification

I did find that if you install the mandatory update and then update 1, the CF version reverts back to 282462. I had to apply the mandatory update again. Unfortunately that doesn't fix the problem, still no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you try once again by refreshing your browser and before downloading the Updates just click on "Check for Updates" button under ColdFusion Administrator, Server Update --> Updates --> "Auailable Updates" tab

I am having a similar problem.   I installed CF10 on OSX 10.8.2.   I installed the manditory update and attempted to install update 1.  It fails with the message "Error occurred while installing the update: Failed Checksum verification"

@leehow - You can safely skip Update 1 and install Update 2.

That worked.   Thanks.

Let me be more specific in case anyone else finds this.   When I read the previous post I guessed there might be some sort of caching issue, so I opened an incognito window in chrome and tried again.

Clicking the "Check for Updates" button worked for me too. Thanks!
