Upgrade Coldfusion Subscription

My company purchased a subscription for Coldfusion Enterprise and has been paying the renewal fees. We are trying to upgrade to CF8 but we are having trouble getting a valid license key. We have received the media and we have sent in the "No Charge Upgrade Coupon" and still no key. We have been trying for over a month to get a key. Any suggestions on where to turn next?

Any update on this one? I am having the same issues - with little luck on getting information from anyone in customer support.

Perhaps you can talk to whoever sold it to you? If you bought it from an Adobe sales rep, they should be able to help you.
