Has anyone used a vin decoding web service? I am looking for recommendations for the best vin decoding webservice. Best as in price and data. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just wrote my own, but I was dealing with a specific make and model.

To find a web service that deals with all makes and models, not to mention the changes in VIN codes from year to year even within a specific make is asking quite a lot!

What is your objective here? Can it be narrowed down to even a subset of all of the manufacturers? Just the last five years? European cars? North American?
