YUI-EXT 2.0

Im going to guess this has been asked 1000 times, but I cant find my answer in a search.

Is there/will there be an Adobe provided upgrade to the YUI-EXT 2.0 controls or is the current plan to stick with the 1.1 controls?

Any thoughts/help etc appreciated!!!

I don't think Adobe can update Ext legally. Ext 2 is under the GPL 3 now, which means that everything that it touches must also be GPLed. A serious consideration for commercial websites.
