Hello,

Can you share the ColdFusion build number which you are using?

To check build number: Login to ColdFusion administrator > Navigate to System Info.

Is your ColdFusion server behind firewall?

When did you start facing this issue?

Regards,

Nimit

Nimit,

The Build/Version is: 11,0,0,289822

Yes, it is behind a firewall the JVM arguments are set to the appropriate proxy/port

Unsure when it began, initially noticed it when attempting to check for the update/hotfix.

Thank you for the reply.

Was a fix or workaround for this ever posted? We updated the first of our dev servers today, and 2 out of the 3 instances on it have this problem. Definitely not something we can put on production boxes.

In the debug output from the failed page that results from clicking "Updates", I see three references like this:

C:/work/cf10_final_hotfix/cfusion/wwwroot/CFIDE/administrator/updates/index.cfm

That doesn't look right. Looks like maybe a hard coded reference to someone's dev environment. Definitely no C:/work directory on servers!
