Coldfusion Builder 3.0 - Constantly goes into some type of wait state. It eventually returns...but does anyone have any ideas??

You may want to turn on the “progress” view (Window>Show view), as it may show that the waits are when CFB is trying to talk to your CF server for some reason and may be held up.
