With the news that bintray is being deprecated what is Adobe planning to do with the ColdFusion images hosted there? Has there been any official word from Adobe yet?

No official word yet, no. And FWIW, those interested should watch not only to see if perhaps there is a reply here in this thread that Joer has opened, but see also a post I did a couple of weeks ago, as soon as I saw the news.
Bintray, the home of Adobe ColdFusion Docker images, is going away May 1

I and others (in comments) are indeed pressing Adobe to get us an answer before the clock strikes in less than 2 weeks. Sadly, so far no response there from Adobe. I shared also a comment there that I'd reached out to them privately. They ackowledge the issue but offered no detail on any plans.
I encouraged them to offer a comment on the post, so again I recommend folks here watch there, unless perhaps this note here gets attention of someone who didn't see my post (or my email to their support folks). It can happen.
